Tony Chimera

Tony Chimera joined Westfield Specialty in July 2021 as Chief Talent Officer.   He has responsibility for human resources, marketing, and facilities.    He has over 28 years of HR experience at Sompo International, AXIS Capital, MetLife, Sybase, Intertec Publishing and Scientific Research.    He has focused his career on talent acquisition, retention, and development as well as diversity and inclusion and early talent programs.   He earned his MBA from the University of Georgia and his BS in Management from Auburn University.   He is an active member of the WSIA internship committee and the Troy University RMI advisory board.   He was the recipient of  the Dana Roehrig Award from WSIA in 2022.
